Yoga is a spiritual and physical practice combining breath, meditation and asanas (poses). Yoga brings together the body and mind.

Yoga can improve everything in your life, from reducing stress, depression and anxiety, strengthening the body, opening up closed off spaces, improving flexibility and balance, help with chronic pain and sleep. As well as improving your overall health and helping you to focus on the positive in life.

Yoga is for everyBODY. No matter your shape, size, current level of fitness, yoga is for you.

I have witness such transformational effects of yoga in my mind and body that I am so excited to share the practice with you.

Yoga classes are being added to The Tribe from January.


Pilates is a low impact, full body exercise system which has a reputation worldwide for improved health and great results. Using controlled movements Pilates can improve full body strength, mobility, posture, flexibility and reduce or even eradicate pain.

Pilates is for everybody! - No matter your age, sex or physical fitness level you can benefit from the Pilates Method. Get fitter, stronger and more toned. Improve your performance in sport and daily life. Injury rehabilitation and prevention. Posture improvement and body rebalancing. Prenatal and postnatal. Weight loss and returning to exercise.

Through meditation, mindfulness practices and becoming aware of where you are focusing your mindset, you can elevate your life to a new level. 

Through the practices we teach we dive deep into raising your bodies energetic vibration so you become a magnet for the things you want to attract into your life. 

Monthly wellness challenges aim to make you step outside your comfort zone and discover so much more about yourself and how you are living your life.

Through these practices we have been able to personally overcome a lot in our lives, reduce stress, get stronger, heal our bodies from disease, manifest opportunities and much more. This is why we are so passionate to share what we know.



We love food! And are passionate about sharing amazing, nutritious recipes with our tribe. 

What is amazing about us pairing up is that Sam is vegan/plant based and Emily eats meat, so there is a huge variety of meals. 

We also do not believe in diets - they don't work. We both have had a long past with dieting and have come out the other side realising that the best way to eat, is to eat to nourish and love your body. Want some cake? Eat some cake! 

Eat to fuel your body with energy and love. Eat to nourish your cells, heal your body, but also do not deny yourself that glass of wine or bar of chocolate.

Life is too short to be constantly worrying about eating 'bad' things. 

Treat every piece of food with love and do not feel guilty for eating anything.
